By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Our Services

Digiones offers the following services:

• Website design and development

• Artificial intelligence solutions and integrations

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with the following rules when using our services:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Not misuse or harm the services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, text, and images on our website are the intellectual property of Digiones. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Work developed within the project scope is transferred to the client after payment is completed.

5. Payment Terms

Project payments are made according to the terms determined during the proposal stage. Typically, 50% advance payment and 50% upon project delivery applies. Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Legal interest may be applied to late payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digiones provides its services "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is made for completed work and materials belonging to the client are returned.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
